PRESS RELEASE | Namirial acquires Unimatica from RGI, in the framework of a partnership agreement to accelerate the digital transformation of the insurance industry
Namirial S.p.A. (“Namirial”), a global leader in digital trust software and services and RGI S.p.A. (“RGI”), independent leader in software solutions for the European insurance industry, have announced they have entered in a partnership agreement to jointly accelerate the digital transformation of the Insurance industry.
As part of the agreement, RGI will integrate and offer to its customers Namirial Digital Trust Services suite such as digital on-boarding, digital signature, certified communication and long-term archiving, while Namirial will add payment capabilities to the Namirial Group portfolio and expand the group’s coverage in local government and insurance through the acquisition of Unimatica-RGI S.p.A, a leading provider of digital solutions for public administrations, banks and companies, fully owned by RGI.
